Terms of Service

By engaging Orbit Platform for any design service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Services Provided

Orbit Platform provides graphic design, brand identity design, logo design, marketing materials, social media graphics, presentation design, digital illustrations, UI/UX design, creative consulting, and design asset creation — all delivered remotely.

Project Scope & Revisions

Each project begins with a defined scope agreed upon by both parties. Revision rounds are specified per project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

Payment

A deposit is required before work begins. Final files are delivered upon receipt of full payment. We accept major payment methods as communicated during onboarding.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered files. Orbit Platform retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Turnaround & Delivery

Estimated timelines are provided at project start. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect delivery dates. All files are delivered digitally.

Limitation of Liability

Orbit Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered design assets. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Refund Policy

At Orbit Platform, we are committed to delivering exceptional creative work. Please review our refund policy before engaging our services.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit covers initial research, concept development, and time allocated to your project.

Work in Progress

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amount paid beyond that will be refunded within 10 business days.

Completed Projects

Once final files have been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued. We encourage clients to communicate feedback throughout the revision process to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.

Exceptions

If Orbit Platform is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances on our end, a full refund of all payments made will be issued promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us within 7 days of the issue at info@o-rbitplatform.com with your project details and reason for the request.
